と同じようなことをやって儲けている奴がいるようだ。これは今回の岩手宮城内陸地震が人工的なものであるという証拠になろう。
なお、ピーエス三菱はコンクリート橋梁工事などの土木工事トップクラス。東日本ハウスは岩手県を基盤とした建設会社。

The U.S. and the Soviet Union first began secret cooperation on world weather engineering in about 1971. On July 4, 1976, the Soviets began generating powerful electromagnetic transmissions, that were dubbed "The Russian Woodpecker" by western ham radio operators. On June 18, 1977, the US government OFFICIALLY became covert partners with the Soviets in these operations by sending them sophisticated scientific material and equipment for further research and development.
The secret code name given US operations was Project Woodpecker. The Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory located at Livermore, CA was and is the main research center for US development of the Project. Covert funding for the Project was funneled through the CIA and the National Security Agency. The DOD and NASA have, of course, been cooperating in the Project from the beginning stages.

There is very good evidence that the one world group and the Soviets have been jointly involved in weather modification over the Northern Hemisphere since the early 1970s. In 1971 it was alleged that the U.S. and the Soviets started cooperating in secret weather modification projects. One such project was named POLEX, Polar Experiment of the Global Atmospheric Research Program, and another in 1973 was called AIDJEX, the Arctic Ice Dynamics Joint Experiment. It is purported that these experiments involved attempts to melt the polar ice cap. Other U.S. projects such as Nile Blue and Climate Dynamics involved the changing of the arctic ice pack.

1971年ごろから米国とソ連は「気象エンジアリング」の協力を秘密裏に行い始めた。それは主に北極海をめぐるもののようで、 POLEXとか、AIDJEXとかがあった。そのうち、1976年７月４日に西側の無線オペレーターがソ連からの強い電磁波を傍受した。1977年６月18日に米国政府は公式にソ連とと秘密のパートナーシップを結んだ。これはProject Woodpeckerと呼ばれ、カリフォルニアの The Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory に米国側の研究センターが置かれた。

このProject Woodpeckerが発展したものが、GWEN（Ground Wave Emergency Network）である。電磁波を発する300フィートのタワーが、全米を200～250マイルごとに張り巡らされている。HAARPとGWENの連携で、米国の天気は自由に操作されている。今米中西部は水攻めに遭っているが、株式がぱっとしないなか、原油と穀物が彼らの儲けのターゲットとなっており、それをより確実にするための水攻めだろう。

Atmospheric Vapor Rivers
Enormous, invisible rivers of water, consisting of vapors that flow, move towards the poles in the lower atmosphere. They rival the flow of the Amazon River and are 420 to 480 miles wide and up to 4,800 miles long. They are 1.9 miles above the earth and contain a volume of water equivalent to 340 lbs of water per second. There are 5 atmospheric rivers in each Hemisphere. A massive flood can be created by damming up one of these massive vapor rivers, causing huge amounts of rainfall to be dumped. The GWEN Towers positioned along the areas north of the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers were turned on for 40 days and 40 nights, probably mocking the Flood of Genesis. (This was in conjunction with HAARP, that creates a river of electricity flowing thousands of miles through the sky and down to the polar ice-cap, manipulating the jet-stream , like the Russian Woodpecker.) These rivers flooded, causing agricultural losses of $12-15 billion. HAARP produces earthquakes by focusing energy along fault lines. GWEN Towers are located on the fault lines and volcanic areas of the Pacific Northeast.

地上から1.9マイルの下層大気圏には巨大な水蒸気の川があり、両極に流れている。この水蒸気の川は幅420～480マイル、長さは最大4800マイルあり、東西半球に５本ずつある。洪水被害を起こすためには、この大気圏の水蒸気の川をせき止めればよい。米中西部の洪水は、HAARPとミズーリ北部とミシシッピ川のGWENを使って作り出された。

さて、最後になったが、表題の意味を記そう。
さしたる根拠はない。四川大地震直後にこのウェブ上の落書きをを見たからである。

単なる妄想か。それとも関係者が義憤あるいは自己顕示欲から表に出したのか分からない。
ただ、これだと、アラスカ、ネバダ、豪州（米軍基地のあるPine Gapだろう）、ロシアか北欧からの４点からの攻撃となるが。

なお、HAARPやGWENには、気象操作の他にマインドコントロールという重要な操作もあるようだが、今回はあえて触れていない。そのうち機会があれば触れてみたい。
