ヘネガン氏によると、米国とモサドの共同オペレーション。米国メリーランド州のフォートデリックの陸軍生物兵器研究所から豚インフルの株を持ち出し、ニュージャージー州の陸軍基地、フォートディックス（ここは1976年に豚インフルが発症したところでもある）へ。そしてメキシコへ運ばれた。

ちょうど、フォートデリックの陸軍生物兵器研究所では、病原体サンプルの紛失騒動が起こっている。サンプルの名称は違うが怪しすぎる。

３月下旬にメキシコに持ち込まれたあと、その約２週間後、ヒラリーとメキシコ大統領（写真）が会談。おそらく、豚インフルのことが話し合われたのか。そして、その２週間後にヒト発症、感染拡大が大問題に。

ヘネガン氏の情報が正しいとすれば、メキシコ政府や軍もいっちょ噛みしていることになるが。

なお、最後の一行がよく分からないのだが、コンピータソフトで、イスラエルのハイファから豚インフルの感染具合がモニタできるという。
